We are two young professional lovebirds who enjoy each other's wit, wisdom, personalities, and most of all, our shared faith in God.

I find joy in all things, and only wish to share it with the world. I fulfilled my lifelong goal of becoming a Certified Public Accountant and enjoy going out to opening night movies, finding delicious places to eat, and playing with my furry rescue pups. ~Ali

I'm a technically minded guy that enjoys a good adventure. I love to read, spend quiet time, tinker on all manner of things, and spend lots of time with the love of my life, Ali. I am so blessed in this life, and I pray that I can help make the world a better place. -Josh

Our Love Story

How we met

Fall 2007

In the Fall of 2007, two students met in a Eastern Meditations Concepts class. All seats were taken, and Josh made room for Ali. After seven years of friendly Facebook hellos, we reconnected on Black Friday over hot chocolate.

The first date

DECEMBER 21, 2013

A very nervous Josh asked Ali out on our first date, December 21st, to a dinner at Macaroni Grill and a lovely round of miniature golf at Boomers afterwards. How romantic!

The proposal

JANUARY 1, 2017

Josh proposed on a rather cold and wet January 1st, 2017 to Ali at the Los Angeles Arboretum, after giving her a walking tour through the gardens. Special thanks to Adriana and Richard for helping us set up and capture the moment!

We are engaged

We're now preparing to spend the rest of our lives together! We can't wait!
